Loanova is taking another step forward in our mission to make homeownership more accessible and mortgage investing more transparent. Today, we’ve published the full version of our website, including updated platform details, borrower and investor pathways, and the first public view of our upcoming mortgage rate tiers.
Our platform remains in a waitlist-only phase as we progress through the FSRA mortgage broker and administrator approval process, which we expect to complete in December. This update gives early supporters and prospective users a clearer look at how Loanova will operate once fully licensed — including how our alternative-data-driven grading system works and what borrowers and investors can expect at launch.
Following regulatory approval, we will begin controlled onboarding and system testing to ensure the platform performs to the standards required for a compliant and secure mortgage marketplace. Our full public launch is planned for Q1 2026.
