Toronto, ON. Loanova Financial Inc. has begun closed testing of its fractional private mortgage platform as it moves closer to launch. An initial group of invited participants has started testing in a simulated sandbox environment, with additional participants joining over the coming weeks. Testing covers the full borrower and investor onboarding experience.
The closed testing program is a key step in Loanova's path to launch, which remains subject to licensing by the Financial Services Regulatory Authority of Ontario (FSRA). Feedback from participants will shape the platform experience for the self employed Canadians, newcomers, and everyday investors Loanova is built to serve.
